Fitness isnt just about the body, its mental and spirtual health too we have background music to sooth the soul and mind and staff that would make it feel like your in gym heaven, after thats said you could see where i came up with the name mind body and soul fitness gym. CHILD CARE Our child care hours run through 8:30 am - 8 pm,. We have fulltime(12hr), we have part time(6hrs) and 4 & 8 hours sessions. Email the day care owner to choose hours and prices.
